Del.icio.us
This is a very handy tool, much better than trying to manage my multiple folders, the tags are much more instinctive. I could see where this would be very useful from as a reference tool. Useful sites could be easly organized and accessed by not only staff but also by our patrons if we were to tie it into our website.

That is the plan. I've created a del.icio.us account for RCPL, and I'm hoping to get it populated with sites soon. RCPL used to have this thing called "web gems" and del.icio.us could easily replace that.
